一次恶心到家的亚马逊购物体验

想起了一年前一次恶心到家的亚马逊购物体验!说是“恶心到家”的对象不是亚马逊而是遇到的这个来自中国的卖家。

事情的经过是这样的:因为女儿满18岁,我一位国内的好姐妹非要送给孩子一份礼物,于是她通过美国亚马逊网站给我女儿买了一副玫瑰金色的Beats面条耳机。因为不熟悉英文网站,她为了找到最新款不知怎么辗转到了这个卖家。她为了让我女儿早点收到特地多付了几十美金的快递费。

订购后追踪发现货物是从香港发出的。朋友在微信里问我怎么显示从香港出发?我说亚马逊上很多卖家是来自中国的。



当我女儿收到后发现这是一个盗版的耳机,而且是用过的。


国内这位好朋友一片好心,花了钱花了时间花了心思给孩子寄来的礼物,结果却是个不能用的盗版的垃圾!我要不要告诉她?怎么告诉她?

跟老公说起我的纠结,他说这样的事情一定要让朋友知道的,但说话方式要注意,很显然这份心意要领,但我们都是被这个亚马逊卖家给欺骗了,而且我的朋友是受害者,要帮助她维权。

让女儿将收到的耳机状态描述出来:

The case it comes in is made of cloth when it’s normally made of a harder material

- the color isn’t rose gold
- there was a strand of a woman’s hair in the headphone case when I first opened it
- the headphones junction malfunctions and doesn’t keep the headphones open
- there are dents in the metal
- the actual headphone pod is dirty
- the material in general looks cheap
- the stitching is different on each headphone pod
- there is loose thread at the hinge of the headphone
Generally just received a counterfeit, used version of the real thing.

跟我国内朋友联系通过她的亚马逊账户直接将收到的耳机寄回给卖家留下的旧金山的退货地址。在打印寄回地址时发现收件人姓名是汉语拼音shabisiquanjia!

有点汉语拼音基础的人应该一下子就能拼出来汉字:傻逼死全家!

坦白的说得知收到假货的一瞬间我都没有如此愤怒!

朋友跟我说会不会退货地址是假的,国内经常有这样的情况,电商故意将退货地址写个不存在的,然后以他们没有收到退货为理由不给予退款。

我安慰朋友放心,Ta在亚马逊注册销售就一定是提供了账户信息的,Ta不想主动退货没有关系,我们联系亚马逊客服。

我建议帮好友在这个卖家的反馈下面把这段经历写上去,免得其他人也上当。好友担心如果写了负面的评价对方会不会不给退款啊?

不会的!我们在网站上买东西都会首先查看评价的。如果能将自己的真实的不愉快的经历写下来会帮助到很多人。
我通过朋友的邮箱给亚马逊客服发了投诉邮件:

邮件题目:
Seller Complaint – “One by One Electron” -> delivered used/counterfeit product and highly inappropriate communication, no refund received


邮件内容:
Hello Amazon Customer Service,

I feel compelled to communicate to you a very disappointing and disturbing buying experience via seller “One by One Electron”. I purchased a “Beats Solos Wireless ON -Ear Headphones Rose Gold” as a present for my friend’s daughter who lives in the US on January 13. The Order ID is 111-8506442-1589838.
Sold by One by One Electron. I paid extra money for faster delivery totaling $284.98

My friend ‘s daughter received the package which was shipped from Hong Kong on January 18. She opened the package and found the following:


- the product shipped was clearly a counterfeit product
- the case it came in was made of a cheap cloth whereas the original product ships in a hard case
- there was a strand of a woman’s hair in the headphone case when she first opened it
- there were dents in the metal
- the actual headphone pod was dirty
- the color isn’t “rose gold”
- the headphones junction malfunctions and doesn’t keep the headphones open
- the material in general looks cheap
- the stitching is different on each headphone pod
- there is loose thread at the hinge of the headphone

Upon these findings, I immediately requested a return/refund and my friend’s daughter printed the refund paper and sent it back by paying total $15 by USPS. One week later I still haven’t received my money back.

Now on to the inappropriate communication by the seller: I just noticed the seller’ s return paper shows the following name as the return address: “shabisiquanjia”.Of course in the US, you will not understand the meaning behind this. It is actually written in “Chinese Pinyin” and translated means “stupid bitch your whole family dead”!I can’t believe that I had this kind of awful experience through Amazon!A seller like this should never be allowed to conduct business on a trusted platform like Amazon.

I hope you take appropriate actions to ensure protection of other Amazon customers from this seller.

(投诉卖家- 交付使用过的/假冒产品和极其不合适的沟通/没有收到退款
亚马逊客户服务,
我不得不因为通过跟卖家“One by One Electron”的经历向您陈述非常令人失望和令人不安的购买体验。我1月13日为住在美国的朋友的女儿购买了“Beats Solos Wireless ON -Ear Headphones Rose Gold”作为礼物。订单号为111-8506442-1589838。
由One by One Electron出售。为了让朋友的女儿能尽快收到,我付了额外的快递运费,总价284.98美元
我朋友的女儿收到了1月18日从香港发货的包裹。她打开包裹,发现了以下内容:
- 发运的产品显然是假冒产品
- 耳机包装是用便宜的布料制成的,而原始产品是用硬壳装的
- 当她第一次打开耳机时,耳机上有一根女人的头发
- 金属中有凹痕
- 耳机盒很脏
- 颜色不是“玫瑰金”
- 耳机接头出现故障,无法保持耳机畅通
- 总体材料看起来很便宜
- 每个耳机盒上的拼接都不同
- 耳机铰链处有松动的螺纹
根据这些情况,我立即要求退货/退款,我朋友的女儿打印了退款单,并通过USPS支付15美元将其退回。一周后,我仍然没有收回我的退款。
接下来说一下卖方进行的不恰当的沟通:我刚注意到卖家的退货单显示以下名称作为退货地址:“shabisiquanjia”。当然在美国,你不会理解这背后的含义。它实际上是用“汉语拼音”写的,翻译的意思是“傻逼死全家”!我无法相信我通过亚马逊获得了这种可怕的体验!我绝不允许像这样的卖家在像亚马逊这样的可信平台上开展业务。
我希望您采取适当措施确保其他亚马逊客户免受此卖家的侵害。)

好友跟我说:咱们中国人被自己同胞骗了!本来想给孩子一个惊喜,结果变成了我帮她维权!

美国亚马逊的服务效率太高了!我前一天晚上给客服发了投诉邮件,第二天一大早就收到了回复,第三天好友就收到了信用卡退款。这个来自中国卖家估计刚刚打算大干一场却没有想到在美国兜售假货盗版的下场会很惨很惨!

今天想起把一年前的这段经历写下来,是因为最近好几个朋友跟我说他们准备在亚马逊上卖东西。这是一个很好的主意,能通过亚马逊这个平台将中国物美价廉的产品卖到世界各地是件让人兴奋的事情。但请你千万不要抱着侥幸心理,把国内粗制滥造的假冒伪劣产品拿到亚马逊上兜售,这样不但不会在亚马逊上将生意做大做强,而且还丢了中国人、中国制造的脸!

另外,作为用户,我们上当受骗后要积极维权,如果可以的话,将自己的经历反馈出来,这样可以帮助其他用户避开陷阱,也算是为社会的“公平和正义”贡献了一点力量。
